Sold enough yesterday to no longer be a substantial holder, allowing them to flog the rest without having to report.
Rather than belting the price, smarter option would have been to offer a line of stock to a broker or two, maybe the one who will do the imminent cap raise. But I guess its RIO we're talking about.
