Caliente raises a very reasonable question . I want to know. Why are people giving him the TD ( I gave him a TU ) ?
As no else has responded to Sunshine67 and Caliente, I have spent ( way too much ) time finding out. From the SPP prospectus documents and announcements I believe that Celtic has accumulated at least the following shares without spending cash :
141,176,471 free shares as collateral for 1.8M convertible securities
125,000,000 free shares as collateral for 1.4M promissory notes.
70,588,235 "free" shares as capital raising fee for the Equity Placement Facility
9,000,000 free shares as consideration for the issue of convertible notes.
2,352,941 "free" shares to cover $10000 in legal fees incurred
and I presume
140,000,000 shares for $700,000 via the SPP
where the other 73M free shares came from I havent figured out yet. Its hard work digging this all up out the prospectuses and other announcements, so I may have missed something ...
Anyway you look at it Celtic is the only one making money at the moment ...
