Given the volume, I doubt it is either.
Probably just some traders moving the price a few pennies and taking some small profits. When the volume is this low it is easy to manipulate, and relatively safe given that we are totally announcement driven and the timing of the announcements is quite predictable.
Nothing to fret over IMO. There will not be able material movement until the next announcement for better or worse.....hopefully better!
Meanwhile, anybody that can be bothered, can watch the bots at work and try to make a little $$ from trading the pattern.
