orion1. Nambian government presentation. It is the 3rd company announcement back and supposed to be not price sensative. "Competing a feasability study is a very important milestone in the path towards gaining a mining license" I think that was the trigger that sent the herd stampeding. I was under the impresion that they already had a license but then again I don't understand the rules in these third world countries.
