I've got a question... could be a stupid one.
I believe that LYC has a stockpile already and just waiting for processing plant in Malaysia to be ready so that can start producing.
Why don't they get other processors to do it for them and start producing earlier? Too expensive perhaps? The Chinese won't do it?
