ericsthc, the article I think is from the Daily Reckoning and lists junior resource stocks with high levels of money when compared to their market caps. I couldn't actually paste it or a link, but it mentions: CFE, AED, GIR, BRM, LYC, DYL, RIV, OGC, AXM
It states that - All up, these 10 stocks have over $2.1 billion in cash on hand right now. Their market cap is $6.2 billion. Over 35% of the equity here is un-invested and un-spent.
