    the Sellers who were at 30.5c have been taken out this morning.
    now sellers at 31c
    some sales at 31c this morning
    there are onyl 845,000 to sell at 31c - THE BID PRICE!
    won't be long for the market to move above the 31c level.

    Clearly the market is now expecting a higher offer.

    (all they had to do was read HC threads! )
