thanks PV yep PV, he still did not answer the question, as to why they have already recommended the Offer, before having the benefit of the Experts Report. The big issue, is that any recommendation to accept the offer, is going to cause sh to sell on market - which they did. Its a big help to them if the IER comes back with a fair value of 50c ! Also he did not explain why in the A/R they said LLP would be able to fund the $100m debt reduction, yet LLC says it is not in the interests of LLP s/h to raise funds by asset sales or equity.
