i am in the exact same position as greenguage ive had shares in this company since it was still called primelife(PLF). buying in along the way between SPP, takeovers etc I to in hindsight should have bought more when Sp was hovering below 10c. but didnt for the same reasons ive got about an 80c average. Why doesnt LLC offer its shares instead of cash (at a better price than 31c)at least i would still be holding a very diluted stake in LLP. And it would make short term holders happier because of CGT.
