    noticed for the past few weeks there is a single seller selling 2.3m shares @ 1.7c.
    that's massive compared to others selling a couple
    of thousands.

    not sure what the purpose is but could be to hold the price down.
    those 2.3m will nvr get sold with the volumes we have on wmc.
