They have a large number of employees, yes that's the point. If they had no employees then how would they make money as they would have nobody doing work which they get paid for.

The more work you have the greater number of people you need to do the work. There are many analysts saying AAX will outperform the market. I am in for both dividend and capital growth at these prices.
