No not necessarily given what Kfann just mentioned that there are other potential market movers to happen in meantime like Gabon JV and historically the sp looks to be in buying territory given all assests still in place and not tested.
But I am not advising to buy - I can only say what I think and I am buying more atm the moment because that is what I think
