Don't know about a partner announcement, would obviously be a huge boost, still think that is a few months away..
The whole biotech sector is starting to attract more attention and looks like it it is in the early stages of a re-rating, I think this would also be a major contributor to ACL share price improvement at the moment.
ABN Amro have a buy and a 91c price target, that could also have helped.
