what do people think the SP will be once more certainty (aka Funding certainty) is achieved?
Put another way: what should non-holders expect to have to bid at that time compared to today's SP?
And for completeness what SP once construction starts??
Hopefully when people realize what this can be worth it will put a rocket under the SP !
