The unprecedented run CKF has lately been further underlined by a scarcity of sellers. Ex Div coming up on 7 July - no doubt driving this current surge, even in the face of a negative market elsewhere.
Also adding to the positive view is the company's recognition that Sizzlers is no longer a core asset and will likely be sold off to fund an expanding refurbishment of highly profitable KFS outlets.
CKF's current EPS growth means its PE (<10) is way behind its peers and has some catching up to do on SP. RFG is its closest peer, followed by DMP.
