I think its not sellers but one seller thats dropping the price.Have a look at the sale transactions with the time of orders,it looks like one sellers to me.

Three orders came to 890,000 shares traded on Tuesday and a big order at the finish of trading today.

I think once that persons finished selling the buyers will push the price back up to around 15c until better news arrives.
