To me that statement suggests that Discovery is OUT OF THE PICTURE...unless it has been worded incorrectly. It is suggesting that URAN and INTEGRA have formed a new company called URASIA MINING and it is Urasia Mining who is evaluating evaluating these opportunities.

Does this mean that Discovery will not receive any shares from Uran?????

Also, it says that Urasia is EVALUATING opportunities to acquire advanced uranium projects...the way I read it...it says that should the evaluation appear favourable, the projects will be acquired by Urasia.
