According to previous announcements, Discovery and Integra have formed a company called Urasia for the purpose of acquiring U projects. Discovery's equity being 50% of the joint partnership will be acquired 100% by Uran.
The two key people behind Discovery are Hobbs and Cucvara (also works for Uran).
I doubt very much that Discovery's equity in these projects (asuming Discovery has secured any projects)equates to $40M. Is it possible that Uran has now abondoned the option to acquire Discovery, and has decided instead to form a partnership with Integra to form Urasia?
The deadline for exercising the Discovery option is 22 February. Time is running out if Uran is to pursue this avenue, given that they have to organise an Exraordinary shareholders meeting between now and 22 February. Highly unlikely imo.
