    Am I reading this wrong or is URA acquiring Discovery
    for 54% of the fully diluted capital of URA which equates to approximately 30 million shares at around $1 giving $30 million?
    That doesn't sound like a great deal - please feel
    free to put me straight if I've misunderstood the situation.
