Yes, the .4cent sellers have dropped away over the week.

I suppose there is a risk for the sellers to have there order there to be plucked cheaply when the PPA.

I would like to reiterate my earlier impression from the qrtly that possibly there are already signatures on the document. It is making its way around the relevent depts as a matter of course. Just a thought.
