Well that's a good discussion and I thought I throw in my 5c worth.

Looking at the underlying reservoir (4.2km down) is my major concern. Everyone assumes that using modern rigs and fract jobs the well(s) are a dead cert and money in the bank.

Unfortunately that is rarely the case. So the risk I would assign to commercial success of the drilling campaign has to be over 1 in 4, this on top of the valuation given by you all, the track record of the Directors give me no encouragement at this stage.

PS As to Alcoa, they maybe be good at producing AL but as oil or gas finders, give me a break!! The shareholders of Alcoa should have a close look at the Directors playing in the HC space, way out side there core area of expertise.
