When Yellen puts the rate up 0.25 after 8 years of zero rates and the markets go into freefall..you can probably understand the fed and their matey banks arent in the business of holding equities. as they fully understand the fragility of the US economy..their own doing!!!

My understanding is that those directors who have risk appetite want to buy but of course cant!!
