    Unigold Inc. ((TSX-V: UGD) www.unigoldinc.com, which is looking for gold in the Dominican Republic and minerals in Saudi Arabia, has become the first North American company to be listed on the Dubai International Financial Exchange.
    It's asset base around $50 million.

    Mark and the backers feels more comfortable with the $75m number.

    The DIFX listing is a lock.
    Also, DIFX is set to become an affiliate of the U. S. Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. under a deal agreed to last month.
