The last few weeks could be best described as a period of lack of sellers,rather than the emergence of large avid buyers (this is reflected in the mediocre volume)
INL nearly doubled in the process.
This tells us that there must be some progress afoot (one we are not aware of)& buyers are gently luring sellers to come out of the woodwork by lifting their bids.
Until the bids are high & big enough to entice large sellers (perhaps including myself) to "lighten up",it will be a waiting game.
Hadn't I been overweighed INL,I would have been an avid large buyer at this juncture.
