CER is surely on its way up with large buying volume going through yesterday. We probably will not see under 10 cents very soon. If we have an dividend payout announcement this month, the SP will be driven up sharply. Tomorrow we will see a good run this stock as well. This is the fifth time going pass 10 cents this year, hopefully it will stay up this time. We will see it tomorrow, a crucial date for us holders.
