Anyway expect a dip into mid 30s in my honest opinion. Should bounce back strongly when confirmation of sales come through - that just might take 6 to 12 months. Wish I'd had my money in AVZ the last 8 months instead of here. 8 bags as opposed to getting 10% of my bag chopped off.

Why are people selling? They can see better short term trading opportunities. This still looks good for medium term - but there's time to make some money before coming back to this I think.
