Right so you're referring to the options just exercised. I've traced back to who those were issued to, and it was EAS Advisors on 4th Nov 2015. They were, from memory, that US crowd responsible for investor relations in the US, presumably for the Nasdaq listing. They originally received 1.5mill (plus there is another 175,000) but have sold down since and this last lot exercised must be the balance.

So yes maybe this has contributed to the downward pressure but the pressure on the share price from larger selling parcels has been going on for quite a while now.
