Orders can be placed or cancelled during a trading halt.
I guess it depends on your agenda here, but personally I'm not looking for a quick profit.
All data suggests that avx's aids treatment is the most effective and the safest. If we accept that, and today's data should be more confirmation of those facts, then avx is worth a lot lot more than 92c or whatever the brokers are calling, imho.
