Could go a little ways in explaining a possible theory. So let's assume for a moment that the SP is almost certainly going to break out. The options ( OC's ) as we all know are a right , but not an obligation to acquire shares at 1.2 cents on or before expiry. Ok so lets just focus on the large holders of the physical , who ALSO own the unlisted 1.5 cent options. These holders could say sell Options ( OC's ) they don't actually own while buying the heads at the same time. This way - should the OC's be close to a deal in guaranteeing the conversion of the TOTAL quantity , they would be 100% covered in the ability to transfer the physical stock to the rightful owner when the options are exercised . Of course all the while enjoying the benefit of the imminent spike underpinning the actual heads. Sure , I accept people will argue this is impossible , however if you were in the know and had privy to a significant event which was about to occur ( like say imminent deal to guarantee the OC's conversion NOW !) - You are then forced with the question that if you eliminate what seems to be the impossible whatever remains however improbable ....must be the truth ..... Or it could be a simple as someone wanting to ' Set ' themselves with equal and opposite quantities of Heads verses Options so they can effectively manipulate the seemingly sideways ' PIP ' action in this SP which has been a hallmark of the trading activity around the CTM ticker ...which began as far back as the issuance of the large quantity OA's .....and then the OB's. Because when you own both , you can position your Buy's and Sell's just off the Bid and Ask's to either make it look heavy or thin......

Not to diminish in any way the efforts of the chartists - but seems pretty much a no brainer that if the TWO 10 million ' Buy ' order's currently sitting in the queue at 1.2 were to withdraw they're position's - The SP would most likely deteriorate to the 1.1 cent level. I guess the question then becomes are the ' Fake ' or are they ' Real '......... Perhaps a self fulfilling prophecy ....?
