    Volume building because somewhere somehow someone knows something. Anyway whatever they know, yesterday was confirmation thet a new base price of .07 was set and it's onwards from here.
    Have a good weekend and abu try not to get worked up over a carbon tax. Even the biggest and best companies saw it coming and want it dealt with. Only the the companies run by twits are squealing.
