"Infant formula group Bellamy's Australia is the fifth most shorted stock on the ASX at 14.17 per cent. Citi analyst Sam Teeger has a ''neutral'' rating on Bellamy's and a 12-month price target of $10.50, 26 per cent above the current price of $8.31. He said although draft infant formula registrations proposed by China could make the process stricter, an initial assessment had suggested there were not big changes compared with the legislation in mid-2016."
