Great to see you going down the depth analysis road for discussion. The depth may have changed since you posted this but on my screen at 8:22am today I see:
4 levels 10 - 11.5c, 139 buyers bidding for 8,656,284 shares
4 levels 11.5c to 13c, 85 sellers offering 7,862,540

I think the bidders below 11c could miss out but I guess they are hoping for a big negative day or series of days to push CXY below very solid support at 11c. This is always possible however I feel this is being accumulated by patient hands.

The real buying / accumulation is at 11 - 11.5c now, and you could be right, we may have some more SP work to do here but not for too long. Selling at 11c is lackluster at best. The break out above 11c in late Feb was strong registering an RSI of over 80 which is a great sign. This resistance at 11c became solid support (so far).

This is a highly undervalued stock with big plans and sentiment is getting to the point where we may get a surprise soon. Rome was not built in a day; this stock is trading at double the lows of mid last year. We have a lot more paper to drag up now but that Victorian announcement must be getting close, the lawyers have had their fun.

Gas results should ignite some important interest soon as indicated by Dex and others. Once we launch we should gradually climb to 20c at the Patterson's target before serious profit taking sets in again.
