Thunder has been rumbling in the ranks for some time
about an almost dormant share price.However as Dex,
Psi,FF,Pukin and many others have repeatedly pointed out,
the concept and achievement of UCG is without question.

IMO,Cougar is at the crossroads.Before a new leg up
the ladder begins,Return on Investment [ROI] needs to
be a "major focus" for this company.For when the ROI
flag is waved "everything changes" overnight..without
it the SP will continue to tread water as day traders
treat Cougar as a plaything.


Previously,when CXY had a good run,there was often nail
biting dilution taking place...to the point where some
investors became permanently dissatisfied.

If Len and his new team of professionals can stimulate
previously staunch investors and incoming broker interest,
with companies that "stamped" the CNX delivery and hasten
"done deals" [as Mikayla so eloquently puts it]..with the
likes of China etc..then shareholders will have a safe
and comfortable ride.

You and I with many others Country Writer,know that both
Kingaroy and Victoria are company makers,however a strategic
ROI policy is how Cougar gets there in style.[IMO]

Finally..when good investments are falling and making
higher lows..this is the time to stock up..not sell.For
the prices of fuel and energy will continue to accelerate
upward and if one has the courage and foresight to grab
the opportunity that the process will bring..a fortune
will be made.
