can you imagine if we had a +266pt DOW night, the previous night (as opposed to the 239pt drop on Mon night), CNP would be sitting at approx. 32-33c before today's open... (keeping in mind it closed at 31.5c on Monday)
hence a bit of catching up to do today IMO...
