Who's the broker? (Couldn't resist)
There are a few possibilities:
1. Could be the net proceeds after debt and commissions (as tigergt said). CAWF is worth $2.6bn with debt of $1.7bn - this nets out at $0.9bn which is pretty-close after costs. (Can't wait for the announcement if this has happened)
2. Could be completely separate asset sales - for instance another portfolio or part of SuperLLC has been sold. (This would be a good announcement too)
3. We know CER are looking at asset sales, could be some of these have gone through.
4. Could be false.
