Positive announcements are always good, but what makes you think that there will be one for NEO? So far we have heard it all before, then a cap raising, then nothing. Just think a couple of years back. Nothing new so far, the ann was basically old news.
I couldn't resist picking some up in the 6's, but I wouldn't get my hopes up just yet.
Maybe it's a whole different ball game with Livingstone, but also remember that the directors pay themselves a handsome income and have basically no cash in the kitty and there's nothing like a bit of a pump, even when it's old news rehashed to build up hope and raise capital.
