Yes i think you are correct wk ! the u floats in australia have almost always had a min 50% premium even though they cant legally mine uranium in Aus, and may not be able to do so for years ! So what value for an Australian company which can be actually producing in 4 / 6 months, in a jurisdiction where uranium is currently mined, and in a stable jurisdiction like Utah ?? I mean, there is no political risk here .. its not like they will be producing in the Congo ! I see the U deal as bringing a huge upside for GDN (in terms of its 30% retained holding) and also for those who own GDN on the record date 10 July. Remember also their "JV partner" has experience in mining uranium in Utah which is also a big plus. So there is now less than 1 hour left to buy GDN those who want to get in on the priority U deal !
