I would like to think that this announcement is strictly an acquisition as stated & not as some think a capital raising.

If it does involve a capital raising to fund the "significant acquisition" then the price is usually done at an average of around the last 20 days price.
So expect it to be significantly lower than where we are now which would explain the late sell off.

Happy to be here for the long term though.
