Is it just a nuisance or is it someone desperate for cash, or a blocker?
On the positive side... if it stays there, it gives bigger investors an opportunity to get a big chunck at a very low price without having to fiddle around with 10K's, 5K's etc which is ultimately beneficial for the sp in the medium to long term.
