Nothing wrong with the resource this is market manipulation.
Volumes are way down on when the price is on the up. If you want to accumulate and you already have a couple of million shares to play with, just wait for the price to start falling then throw out some more crumbs and market-place fear will do the rest. Then snap up what you can at your predetermined buy price and wait.
This is just speculation though.
