One would assume with Springtree and their wallet out of the picture soon that there would be some specific new funding, capital injection or capital raising to be announced not too soon to pay for these trials.
The steps taken so for the European phase 111 trials have been quite structured and very sequential to date.
If you read into it ( seems obvious to me ) that this announcement would not have been made unless all the capital required had been formalised, but as yet announced.
PRR have come too far to take a 'punt' on ' hoping' to fund the upcoming trials , despite some reasonable money in the kitty.
expect the unexpected, it should be good, but be patient
