The wall sounds more like a delusional theory dreamt up by traders wishing to get punters to sell into a buy or buy into a sell.
There's no room in the law of supply & demand to accommodate your wall theory sly and if there is I'd love to hear your hypothesis.
Maybe while your at it you can have a crack at disproving gravity.
