    agree makvl. market sentiment is crap and spec stocks are taking a hit. Nevertheless,ARE have been in laos for a long time and this is not a fly by night venture.They are committed to the region and this is why i initially jumped on board.They will not be 25c in 2010, i'll bet the house on it
