I was hoping to catch up with him today but he had something on.

I just wonder how they will will see the cash flow through to shareholders?

Are they now intending to collect payment for the asset only and thus the cah flows into IGC? Would they the do a cash distribution like CFE did?

I cant see how they could buy the company itself on a drip feed basis.

This is not bad and I'm sure Sagey will structure pmts so they pay dearly should they default (i.e lose their prgress payments or pay nasty penaly interest).

Where its one hit (preferable) or structure it puts 40 cents value under the share price.

The market will probably reprice the stock to reflect a choice of taking a lesser amount along the way against holding out to the end. It will be a good arbitrage.

Not unhappy with this if this the end result. Helps my tax poition too (receipts mostly in next tax year)
