You may also have to check the report, terms and conditions etc, as it may have a condition that it's exclusively for you, one of use so to speak.
A bit like wen you pay someone to draw up plans of Your house, including your ideas, it then becomes the drawers property. Or if you go to a builder with Your ideas and they draw up the plans, their not yours.
