    re: selling aeo ? what about vrlpa Don't understand, why would holders vote in favour of what the directors have proposed re VRLPA. Look at VRL ordinary shares. Bounced nicely, had it not been for the offer to buy out all VRLPA share, would the price be at least $1.25 now???? Yet they haven't moved a cent in recent days when VRL has had a 25c rise.

    What gives????
