    Well hopefully those 8m shares want to exit but not at these low prices. 'Hopefully' is the key word.

    Even if this is true, those sellers will provide resistance as the SP tries to climb. Not a great outlook in the very short term. But the fundamentals remain the same. If the deal goes through, we will be seeing big gains.
