i was thinking about the selling then something hit me. Ding still had around 5% from when he invested in. I am not sure if he sold them earlier but since Ding's company is getting taken over by the Russian and MCC bought the whole project, so ding selling would drive the price down.

I bought more at 20cents because I believe the project will be sold. If i am not wrong, the FIRB didnt wanna to know about MGX's complaint about chinese taking a control stake of over 40% or something? Correct me if i am wrong.
