Sorry guys i will rest my case but obviously i am a little peeved at recent events. I know the soverign risk is overhanging STB at the moment but for a company which claims to have such a world class massive potash deposit and a market cap of 88 million and is struggling to raise 10 million at present what will happen when they need to raise the 750 million for mine construction?
From my understanding they may get 30% (225 million) from Eritrea but to be honest its a pretty poor country. Eritrea did take up the option with Nevsun and this may give them the capital to invest in STB with the income stream from Nevsun. Funding arrangements are usually split 60/40 debt to equity so therefor STB will need to raise 200 million. I am just loosing faith.
