Looks like he has exercised all the various options he had. This can be seen as positive i guess in that he believes the sp has hit rock bottom and believes it will tick up. He outlayed 625k to acquire 2.75 million new shares which is worth 2.75 million as of today. He is in it for the long haul, if it goes back up to hit previous highs down the track he will be worth alot. Good decision i think and i would do the same if i could.
